Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26 – Fully Funded Undergraduate Study in Oman for Pakistani Students

Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan is inviting applications from Pakistani nationals for the Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26. This golden opportunity allows students to pursue their undergraduate studies in Engineering, Humanities, IT, and Sciences (excluding Medicine) at selected prestigious universities in Oman — completely free of cost.

Scholarship Highlights

The Omani Scholarship Program offers fully funded support to selected Pakistani students, covering tuition, living expenses, and travel costs.

Benefits include:

100% Tuition Waiver – No tuition fees for the entire study duration.
Monthly Stipend:
- OMR 200 (without housing)
- OMR 140 (with housing)
One Round-Trip Air Ticket per Year – Travel between Pakistan and Oman is covered annually.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Pakistani nationals.
Eligible fields: Engineering, Humanities, IT, and Sciences (Medicine is excluded).
Admission will be in selected Omani universities.
