 The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab, has officially announced admissions for the Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Course (2-Year Diploma) for the Session 2025–2026.

This opportunity is exclusively for female candidates who wish to pursue a professional career in public sector nursing and community health services across Punjab.

5. College of Nursing, Allama Iqbal Memorial Hospital, Sialkot

6. College of Nursing, Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital, Dera Ghazi Khan

8. College of Nursing, DHQ Hospital, Chakwal

9. College of Nursing, DHQ Hospital, Sahiwal

10. College of Nursing, DHQ Hospital, Attock

📊 Total seats are allocated district-wise according to domicile, covering all districts of Punjab.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• Education: F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (calculated on last date of application)

• Domicile: Punjab only

• Gender: Female candidates only

❗ No age relaxation will be granted under any circumstances.

🏆 Merit Determination

• Merit will be calculated based on F.Sc (Pre-Medical) marks

• In case of a tie, Matric marks will be considered

• If still equal, age seniority will decide the merit

📝 Application Procedure

• Applications must be submitted online only through the official UHS admission portal

• Candidates must select order of preference for nursing colleges

• Required documents (CNIC front & back, domicile, Matric & F.Sc certificates) must be uploaded

• Application Processing Fee: Rs. 500/- (non-refundable)

• Fee can be paid via NBP Bank Branch or 1Bill (online option)

🚫 Manual or postal applications will not be accepted.

• Admission will be granted strictly on merit-cum-preference basis

• Selected candidates must submit online consent within the given time

• Failure to submit consent will result in cancellation of admission

• Final joining will be subject to document verification

• A 3-month probation period will apply after joining
