Fly Jinnah is seeking individuals who are not only qualified but also embody the spirit of excellent customer service and safety. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Academic Background: Minimum Intermediate FA/Fsc/Icom/Ics

• Safety & Health:

  • Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures are an added value.

  • Must be fit to fly, with good general health and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.

• Personality & Attitude:

  • Presentable, friendly, and consistently demonstrates a cheerful and positive attitude, even under pressure.

  • Customer service oriented, capable of understanding and attending to customers’ needs and requests.

  • Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers without compromising the corporate image.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Focused, capable of identifying irregularities and handling threats and emergencies with efficiency and commitment to successful results.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, demonstrates initiative and positive teamwork competency.

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in English is a must. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage based on airline requirements.

• Age Limit: 18 - 29 years

• Height: Minimum 5'2"

• Hair: To be worn up/pulled back in a classic bun or French twist.

• Face: Full make-up to be worn.

• Dress: Suit/Smart business attire, including a jacket & plain blouse. (Wear black, grey, or dark blue).

• Shoes: Formal classic heels.

Males:

• Hair: Neatly presented.

• Face: Clean shaven.

• Dress: Suit/Smart business attire.

• Shoes: Formal work shoes.
