Government of Pakistan Announces Multiple Job Vacancies in Border Health Services (2026)

Karachi, Pakistan: The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination has officially announced a large number of job opportunities under the PSDP Project titled “Strengthening of Points of Entry and Border Health Services – Pakistan”. These positions are available on a contract basis at various airports, ports, and border health facilities across the country.

Available Positions

Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani nationals (both male and female) for the following posts:

1. Medical Officer (Male)

PPS: 07
Age Limit: 25-35 years
Qualification: MBBS duly recognized by PMDC/PMC with valid registration
Quota: Open Merit
Total Posts: 10
Posting Locations: APHQ Karachi Airport, APHE Lahore Airport, APHE Peshawar Airport, APHE Islamabad Airport, HCP Khunjrab Pass, HCP Torkham Border, HCP Kartarpur Border, and others

2. Entomologist

PPS: 07
Age Limit: 25-35 years
Qualification: M.Sc. in Entomology duly recognized by HEC
Total Posts: 13
Posting Locations: Multiple airports and border points including Quetta, Gwadar, Karachi, and Balochistan borders

3. Technician (Quarantine)

PPS: 05
Age Limit: 18-30 years
Qualification: Intermediate with minimum one year Diploma in Sanitary Inspector/Public Health
Total Posts: 12

4. Data Entry Operator

PPS: 05
Age Limit: 18-30 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT with minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
Total Posts: 21

5. Accountant

PPS: 04
Age Limit: 18-30 years
Qualification: B.Com/BBA or B.Sc with Math or Statistics
Total Posts: 09

6. Junior Technician (Quarantine)

PPS: 03
Age Limit: 18-30 years
Qualification: Matric (Science) with Diploma in Sanitary Inspector or Public Health
Total Posts: 35

General Instructions

Appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of 2 years.
Eligible candidates can apply online through National Job Portal (NJP) at https://njp.gov.pk within 15 days of the advertisement publication.
Only online applications will be accepted. No manual or hard copy applications are allowed.
Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
Recruitment will be strictly on merit.
Age relaxation will be admissible as per Government rules.
