Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Minimum Graduation (16 years) from a recognized local or international university.
- Master’s degree or specialized certification/diploma in Islamic Banking will be preferred.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 28 years (as on the last date of application).
Experience:
- 01 year of relevant banking experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Assist in the development of new innovative Islamic banking products.
- Conduct research on product development and conversion of conventional products to Shariah-compliant solutions.
- Develop policies, product manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Ensure Shariah compliance in all processes and documentation.
- Provide training to branch and head office staff.
- Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Change Requests, and Test Scripts.
- Support in maximizing revenue through customer-focused Islamic products.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Competencies
- Strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and Islamic Banking principles.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
