Available Batches & Key Responsibilities
1. SME Batch
- Achieve business targets and ensure balanced portfolio growth across SME/SBP schemes.
- Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Identify opportunities, structure financing, and manage credit proposals.
- Drive cross-sell of bank products and generate funded/non-funded business.
- Conduct regular customer visits and ensure timely collections.
2. Trade Batch
- Drive trade sales by onboarding new customers and strengthening existing relationships.
- Promote cross-sell and generate business through internal coordination.
- Conduct customer visits, manage pipeline, and submit visit reports.
- Maintain customer service quality, complaint resolution, and timely servicing.
- Ensure renewal/participation and timely dissemination of trade updates.
3. Agriculture Credits Batch
- Promote and achieve Agri credit products as per assigned targets.
- Manage recovery and collection of assigned portfolio.
- Conduct stock/visit inspections and submit reports.
- Manage renewal/review of credit facilities.
- Maintain proper records and file management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) or equivalent in Business-related disciplines from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Specialization: Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or relevant field. Specialization related to Agriculture will be an advantage for Agri Batch.
- CGPA: Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 or 75% marks or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 27 years (on application deadline).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months.
