Required Qualifications & Experience
- Sector Specialists & Senior Roles: Master’s degree (M.A/M.Sc/MBA) with 16 years of education + relevant post-qualification experience (3–8+ years depending on the post). Specialization in Health, International Relations, Finance, Law, IT/Media, etc. is required.
- Deputy Manager (Law): LLB/LLM with experience in corporate, commercial, energy, infrastructure law, mergers & acquisitions preferred.
- Deputy Manager (Finance): Master’s in Finance/Business/Economics + CA/ACCA/CFA progress.
- IT/Media Positions: Relevant degrees in Software Engineering, Media Studies, Journalism, Graphic Design + proven experience.
- Office Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
All educational qualifications must be from HEC-recognized institutions.
