The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, has announced new job openings. Residents of the relevant Tehsil are invited to apply online for positions at the NRC Head Faqeerian location in Tehsil Malakwal, District Mandi Bahauddin.
These opportunities fall under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002. Applications are open until August 23, 2026.
Available Positions
1. Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge)
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
- Qualification & Experience:
- 16 years of HEC-verified education in Management/Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Technology, or an equivalent related field with minimum 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA
- Degrees must be attested by HEC
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
- District: Mandi Bahauddin
- Tehsil: Malakwal

2. Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)
- Age Limit: Maximum 25 years
- Qualification & Experience:
- Intermediate or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience

3. Naib Qasid
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
- Qualification & Experience:
- Middle
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience

Important Terms and Conditions
- Only residents of the respective Tehsil (as per CNIC/Domicile) will be allowed for the test and interview.
- Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period (extendable based on performance).
- Management reserves the right to withhold, cancel, accept, or reject any application at any stage without assigning a reason.
- Candidates must bring original personal, educational, and professional documents for the test. Late requests will not be entertained.
- A 5-year age relaxation is already included in the stated limits. No further relaxation requests will be considered.
- Only shortlisted candidates who qualify the test will be called for interview.
- Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test.
- HEC/respective board-attested degrees and certificates are required at the interview.
- False information at any stage will lead to disqualification.
- Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
- Appointments are location-specific; no transfer requests will be entertained.
- Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smart watches, etc.) are not allowed during test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided.
- Females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Selected candidates will not gain any entitlement to permanent appointment or regularization.
