SBP is seeking candidates specifically for Economic Analysts (OG-2) under the 7th batch of EATS.

Education:
Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with 16 years of education in Economics with:

At least 60% marks (where percentages apply), or

Degree must be from an HEC-recognized Pakistani institution. Foreign degree holders require an HEC equivalence certificate.

Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Agriculture Management (other than BSC or MSC in Agriculture), Islamic Banking & Finance, Law, Media & Culture Studies, Philosophy, and Physics.

Foreign degree holders must submit HEC equivalence certificate.

Age Limit:
Maximum 26 years as on August 30, 2026.

Compensation Package (Both Schemes)

During Training: Monthly stipend of Rs. 41,000
After Successful Training: Appointment as OG-2 with monthly monetized salary of Rs. 82,000 + other allowances and benefits as per SBP rules (medical facility for self & dependents, interest-free loans for home/car/laptop, group term assurance, etc.)

Selected candidates undergo residential training at NIBAF Islamabad. Upon successful completion, they join SBP in Karachi as permanent officers.
