Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Stenotypist (BPS-14)
- Intermediate
- Minimum speed of 80/40 words per minute in shorthand/typing respectively
- Must be computer literate
2. Junior Auditor (BPS-11)
- 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Banking & Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Information Technology from an HEC-recognized university
- Computer literate with typing speed of 30 words per minute
3. Staff Car Driver (BPS-04)
- Primary Pass
- Valid driving license holder and well-versed in traffic rules
4. Naib Qasid (BPS-01)
- Primary Pass
Important Instructions & How to Apply
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- In addition to the existing five years age relaxation in the upper age limit under prevailing Government rules/policy, all candidates will also be allowed an upper age relaxation of five years instead of the existing three years only for this special exercise.
- Applicants already in Government service should apply through the proper channel.
- Applicants may apply for more than one post by submitting separate applications for each post.
- Candidates shortlisted for interview will present original documents along with a set of attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by HEC/recognized boards/universities/institutes.
- Information provided in the application form will be verified. In case of any false or forged information and fake or bogus documents, the Department of the Auditor-General of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage.
- The Department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole or increase/decrease the number of posts.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the expiry date will not be entertained.
- Selected candidates shall be recruited/posted in any of the field offices of the Department of the Auditor-General of Pakistan, except for Serial No. 3 and 4.

- For identical posts up to BS-16 requiring trainable skills (such as typing, shorthand or basic computer proficiency), a one-time relaxation of the requirement to possess the prescribed skill at the time of initial appointment is proposed. In case none of the candidates acquire the prescribed proficiency through departmental on-the-job training after joining within the probation period, their proficiency shall be assessed before confirmation, and failure to acquire it shall be dealt with under the applicable probation and service rules.
