- Appointments will be made on a regular basis in accordance with NCH Staff Service Regulations-1987.
- Government servants should apply through the Proper Channel with NOC.
- Post applied must be mentioned clearly on the top right corner of the envelope.

- Duly filled prescribed Application Form along with detailed CV, attested copies of CNIC, Domicile Certificate, Educational Testimonials, Experience Certificates, Valid Driving License (for the post of Driver), and two (02) recent passport-size photographs should reach the office of the undersigned within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
- Original documents must be produced at the time of test/interview. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date shall not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Skill test will be conducted where required.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease posts or change/cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage. Omissions/Commissions in this regard are regretted.
