Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
1. Personal Banker (Consumer Banking Group)
Grade: Band-13 / Band-10 | Locations: Pan Pakistan | Positions: Multiple
Major responsibilities include:
- Marketing and outreach activities to achieve KPIs and assigned targets
- Deposit mobilization through portfolio management, referrals, and cross-selling
- Building and deepening client relationships, understanding financial needs, and recommending suitable products
- Account opening documentation and AOF signing
- Handling stop payments, account closures, TDR issuance requests, FCCM alerts, high-risk account reviews, name screening, and biometric verification
- Supporting top depositors, responding to O&M queries, and rectifying audit/compliance observations
2. Personal Banking Officer (Consumer Banking Group)
Grade: Band-13 / Band-10 | Locations: Pan Pakistan | Positions: Multiple
Similar relationship and sales-focused duties as Personal Banker, with strong emphasis on building a continuous pipeline of new business, proactive customer calls, and delivering outstanding client experience while meeting compliance standards.
3. Customer Services Officer (Consumer Banking Group)
Grade: Band-13 / Band-10 | Locations: Pan Pakistan | Positions: Multiple
Focus areas include:
- Managing branch lobby and client traffic, greeting customers, and ensuring timely service
- Providing basic product knowledge and directing customers to the right counters
- Supporting deposit targets and overall branch KPIs
- Handling account opening, closures, TDR requests, SOA issuance, balance confirmation, WHT certificates, ODD/CDD/EDD, data enrichment, and audit rectification
- Escalating fraud, forgery, or operational issues when required
4. Personal Banking Officer – IBW (Consumer Banking Group)
Grade: Band-13 / Band-10 | Locations: Pan Pakistan | Positions: Multiple
Combines relationship management with specialized IBW-related tasks such as A/C lien marking/removal, tax exemption & zakat marking requests, amount blocks, threshold limit updates, dormant account activation, and stop payment maker functions, alongside standard deposit mobilization and compliance duties.
Eligibility Criteria (Common Across Roles)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred (relevant experience will be given preference). Fresh graduates may also apply for Personal Banking Officer, Customer Services Officer, and Personal Banking Officer-IBW roles
- Age: Up to 55 years as on the date of application
