Job Duties:

i) Deal with investigation of cases & enquiries registered as per schedule of offences given in FIA Act, 1974 (VIII of 1975).

ii) Plead to cases in the court of law after submission of Challan of the cases in association with Public Prosecutor of FIA.

iii) Act as Shift Incharge (Arrival/ Departure) at the FIA Airports, Seaports and Land Rout Check-posts.

iv) Any other special tasks / investigation of high profile cases assigned by the higher authorities of FIA etc.

Eligible Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible

Special Pay

Job Duties:

i) To tender legal opinion in the criminal enquires cases embodied in the schedule of offences punishable under FIA Act, 1974 and all service matters of employees of FIA.

ii) To appear in the Court of Special Judge (Central), Special Court (Offences in Banks), Session Courts, Special Courts, Illaqa Magistrate, Federal Service Tribunals, Wafaqi Mohtasib for prosecution of under trial cases in the said Courts and pursue plead service matters.

iii) To prepare para wise comments on behalf of Director General FIA etc. in all matters pending in FST, Wafaqi Mohtasib and High Courts.

iv) To follow up these cases and arrange nomination of state Counsels, DAG/ AOR etc. Brief and assist them in the Courts.

Qualification/Experience
