🧾 Job Overview

Position Title: Front Desk Manager (Female)
Location: Major railway stations including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, Karachi, Faisalabad, and Rohri
Total Vacancies: 56
Contract Duration: 2 years (extendable based on performance)
Monthly Salary: Rs. 60,000/- or as per the Standard Pay Package (whichever is higher)
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years

🎓 Required Qualifications

Candidates must have one of the following from a well-reputed and recognized institute:

Associate Degree in Hospitality & Tourism
Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in hospitality, tourism, or client handling
Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism

💼 Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

Ensuring efficient front-line operations at designated railway stations
Managing client and passenger relations
Providing travel information and addressing passenger concerns
Creating a welcoming environment
Coordinating with station teams to enhance service delivery and passenger facilitation
Working on 8-hour rotational shifts

📋 General Instructions
