Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or international university.
- Master’s degree in Business or professional certifications such as AIBP, JAIBP will be preferred.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 28 years (as on the last date of application submission).
Experience:
- Minimum 01 year of banking experience in Sales and/or Relationship Management.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the bank’s lending portfolio.
- Promote NBP’s financing products including working capital, trade finance, and term loans.
- Manage and enhance existing client relationships for better retention and portfolio growth.
- Analyze financial statements and conduct creditworthiness assessments.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals as per bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and take proactive measures.
- Achieve financial and non-financial targets (revenue, portfolio growth, customer satisfaction).
- Ensure full compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations and internal policies.
Required Knowledge & Competencies
- Strong sales orientation and target achievement drive.
- Good understanding of Commercial & SME Banking products.
- Sound knowledge of SBP regulations related to credit lending.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Geographical knowledge of the assigned area is a big plus.
