Pakistan Marine Academy Announces Admissions for 65th Batch (2027-28)
Pakistan Marine Academy (PMA) has officially announced admissions for the 65th Batch of Nautical (Deck) and Marine Engineering Cadets for the Academic Session 2027-28. This is an excellent opportunity for young Pakistani students who dream of building a successful career in the Merchant Navy and exploring the world while serving in the maritime industry.
The academy offers professional maritime education and internationally recognized training programs that prepare cadets for rewarding careers on merchant ships worldwide.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be an unmarried male citizen of Pakistan.
- Be not more than 20 years of age as of 31 December 2026.
- Candidates from FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, AJK, and Balochistan are eligible for one-year age relaxation.
- Have passed F.Sc Pre-Engineering or A-Level with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
- Obtain at least 55% marks in the required qualification.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates must successfully pass the following physical standards:

| Sit-ups | 15 Repetitions |
| Chin-ups | 2 Repetitions |
Selection Procedure
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- NTS Entrance Test
- Medical Examination
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Interview
Only candidates who successfully clear each stage will be considered for admission.
Education and Training
Successful candidates will receive:
- Two years of residential training at Pakistan Marine Academy.
- Associate Degree in Nautical Science or Marine Engineering.
- IMO-recognized Pre-Sea Mandatory Certificates.
- Professional maritime training leading to careers in the international shipping industry.
