Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)

- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university OR currently enrolled in the final semester of a 16-year degree program.
- Degree completed within the last 2 years.
- Maximum age: 28 years on the closing date of applications.
