Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS / I.Com or equivalent)
- Islamic Finance qualification is an added advantage
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as of 31 July 2026
- 2 years age relaxation for:
- Hafiz-e-Quran
- Candidates who completed Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah with HEC equivalency
- Differently-abled persons
- 2 years age relaxation for:
- Mandatory: Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license
- Preferred: Knowledge of local agriculture & rural markets, residents of rural/semi-urban areas, prior banking experience

Key Responsibilities
- Promote Meezan Bank’s Agriculture and Rural Banking products
- Generate quality financing leads for branches
- Build strong relationships with farmers, traders, livestock farmers, and rural entrepreneurs
- Support customer onboarding and financial inclusion initiatives
- Mobilize deposits from rural communities
