Available Positions, Eligibility & Provincial Quota
1. Trainee Executive (Technical) – E-1 (10 Positions) Eligibility: Master / Bachelor degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent from an HEC and PEC-recognized institute (for engineering degrees). Experience: Fresh graduates (1-2 years relevant experience preferred). Maximum Age: 30 years. Quota: Merit = 3 | Punjab = 2 | Sindh = 3 | KP/Ex-FATA = 1 | Balochistan = 1
2. Trainee Executive (Legal) – E-1 (02 Positions) Eligibility: Bar-at-Law / LLM / LLB / LLB (Hons) from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. Experience: Fresh graduates. Maximum Age: 30 years. Quota: Merit = 1 | Sindh = 1
3. Trainee Executive (Finance) – E-1 (04 Positions) Eligibility: CA (Inter) / ICMA (Inter) / MBA-Finance / BBA-Finance (Hons – 16 years) from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. Experience: Fresh graduates. Maximum Age: 30 years. Quota: Merit = 2 | Punjab = 1 | Sindh = 1
Key Terms & Conditions
- Preference may be given to candidates with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
- Employment is on a contract basis for one year (extendable for another year based on satisfactory performance). No commitment for regular appointment, though excellent performers may get preference for future regular vacancies.
- No TA/DA for test/interview.
- Provincial quota will be observed.
- Incomplete or improperly filled applications will not be entertained.
- Government / semi-government / autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel and resign if selected.
- OGRA reserves the right to accept/reject applications or cancel the process without assigning any reason.
