About Punjab Education Foundation
PEF is an autonomous body of the School Education Department, Government of Punjab. It provides free education to around 4 million children across the province. Master Trainers will be posted at divisional and district offices of PEF and will perform assigned responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria for PEF Master Trainer Jobs 2026
Age Limit
Maximum 40 years.
Qualification
- Minimum 16 years of education with B.Ed. / M.Ed. from an HEC-recognized university.
- Only second division throughout the academic career is acceptable (no third division).
- Preference will be given to candidates holding MS / M.Phil / MA Education.
Experience
- Minimum 02 years teaching experience preferred (experience as Master Trainer / Teacher Trainer preferred).
- Applicant must have domicile of Punjab and can apply only in his/her own district.
- Experience of unpaid jobs, freelancer, part-time, or work experience compulsory for a degree program will not be accepted.
- Experience of working in Board Affiliated Schools / Registered Chains will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, dissemination, and pedagogical skills required.
- Selection will be based on the number of vacancies available in each district.

- Submit the Online Application Form on the CTS portal: https://ctspak.com/pef-2621 by 14 September 2026 (Monday) 05:00 PM.
- Deposit the application processing fee through the prescribed fee challan in any online branch of The Bank of Punjab (Account No. 6510003300400083) by the same deadline. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- After successful online submission, take a print of the completed form, sign every page, and attach the following documents:
- Latest CV
- Original bank deposit slip
- NOC (if required)
- Attested copy of domicile (Punjab Province only)
- Attested latest two passport-size photographs
- Attested copies of CNIC and all academic credentials (with marks details from Matric to last degree, equivalence certificate, Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, merit certificate if applicable)
- Attested experience certificate(s)
- Send the hard copy via POST / COURIER so that it reaches the address by 18 September 2026 (Friday) 05:00 PM.
