Sindh Police has issued important addendums for recruitment against the Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota. Legal heirs of eligible police employees can now apply for posts of Head Constable (Wireless Operator BPS-09), Police Constable (BPS-07), Driver Police Constable (BPS-07), and Assistant Sub-Inspector (BPS-11).
These opportunities follow the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan judgment in Civil Petition No. 3390 of 2021 (dated 26.09.2024) and subsequent government notifications. Only eligible legal heirs with domicile of Sindh Province (concerned ranges) should apply.

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Notes)
- Only legal heirs of Deceased and Permanently Invalidated/Incapacitated police employees who died, were permanently invalidated, or incapacitated on or before 26.09.2024, and who have domicile of Sindh Province (concerned ranges).
- Legal heirs of Shaheed police employees who attained martyrdom up to the closing date of applications and possess domicile of the concerned range.
- Priority order for reserved quota: Shaheed category first, followed by Deceased and Permanently Incapacitated categories (as per Recruitment Rules 2021).
Key Restrictions:
- Candidates whose father/mother died or was invalidated before 02.09.2002 are not entitled.
- Those whose father/mother died/invalidated on or after 16.09.2014 must apply within two years of the death/invalidation for the Deceased/Invalidated Quota.
- Second claim against Shaheed Quota is allowed only for legal heirs whose fathers, brothers, or husbands embraced shahadat after promulgation of the Shaheed Act-2014 (11.06.2014).
Eligibility Criteria & Physical Standards
Head Constable (Wireless Operator BPS-09)
- Qualification: Intermediate from a recognized Board
- Physical Standard (Male): Height 5'5" (minimum), Chest 33" with 1.5" expansion
- Physical Standard (Female): Height 5' with sound health
- Endurance: Male – 1600 meters in 8 minutes; Female – 800 meters walk in 14 minutes
- Age: 18–28 years (as on last date of submission)
Police Constable (BPS-07)
- Qualification: Matric from a recognized Board
- Same physical & endurance standards as above
- Age: 18–28 years
Driver Police Constable (BPS-07)
- Qualification: Matric + valid Motor Car Driving License (as on closing date). Must obtain LTV License within 3-year probation.
- Same physical standards
- Endurance: Male – 1600 meters in 10 minutes; Female – 800 meters walk in 14 minutes
- Age: 18–28 years
Assistant Sub-Inspector (BPS-11)
- Qualification: Graduation 2nd Division from a recognized University
- Age: 21–28 years (as on last date of online applications)
- Physical Standard (Male): Height 5'5" (min), Chest 33" with 1.5" expansion
- Physical Standard (Female): Height 5' with sound health
- Endurance: Male – 1600 meters in 8 minutes; Female – 800 meters walk in 14 minutes
No relaxation in upper age limit, qualification, or eligibility criteria will be granted.

- Download the system-generated challan of Rs. 1500 (non-refundable) and pay at any ABL Bank branch or via MyABL App / 1Bill.
- Upload required documents (CNIC front & back, Domicile, PRC/Form-D, photograph, academic documents, Death/Heirship certificates, etc.).

Important Instructions
- Applications will be processed as per Sindh Police (Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota) Recruitment Rules-2021.
- Original certificates will be verified only for candidates called for tests/interview. False declarations lead to automatic disqualification.
- No online applications after the last date. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Test/interview details (date, time, venue) will be intimated via SMS or the official website/portal. Candidates must regularly check www.sindhpolice.gov.pk or the STS portal.
- No TA/DA will be provided.
- Sindh Police reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
- Only candidates who qualify the physical test will be called for the written test (and driving test for DPC posts).
