National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) has announced exciting career opportunities for Pakistani nationals. Detailed Qualifications & Experience Requirements
1. Junior Analyst (OSINT) (BS-17)
- 16 years of education in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Digital Forensics, Data Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent from any HEC-approved institution.
- Preference for experience in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Social Media Intelligence (SOCMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Threat Intelligence, Digital Investigations, and Online Research.
- Analytical reporting skills and relevant international certifications are an added advantage.
2. Junior Analyst (Technical Investigation) (BS-17)
- 16 years of education in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Digital Forensics, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience preferred in cyber investigations, malware analysis, digital forensics, network security, incident response, and blockchain analysis.
- Analytical reporting and international certifications are advantageous.
3. Junior Analyst (Information Operations Monitoring) (BS-17)
- 16 years of education in International Relations, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Strategic Studies, Data Sciences, or equivalent.
- Experience preferred in monitoring online information environments, influence operations, disinformation analysis, social media analytics, sentiment analysis, narrative tracking, digital campaign analysis, and strategic communication.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted monitoring platforms and data visualization tools is an added advantage.
4. Junior Analyst (AI Automation & Tool Development) (BS-17)
- 16 years of education in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, or equivalent.
- Experience preferred in Python Programming, AI/ML model development, automation frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, API Integration, workflow automation, dashboard development, data engineering, and cybersecurity automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, and modern AI frameworks is an added advantage.
5. Junior Analyst (IFW) (BS-17)
- 16 years of education in IR, Peace & Conflict Studies, Terrorism & Security Studies, Criminology, Psychology, Strategic Studies from any HEC-approved institution.
6. Junior Analyst (ORW) (BS-17)
- 16 years of education in Social/Applied Sciences and Law (except MBA and Economics) from any HEC-approved institution.
- Preference for candidates with advanced understanding of intelligence analysis and the application of structured analytical techniques.
7. Junior Analyst (CFT) (BS-17)
- 16 years of education in Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or MBA from any HEC-approved institution.
- Preference for experience in financial investigations and analysis, financial monitoring, foundational understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems, blockchain technologies, data analytics, and basic orientation in Artificial Intelligence.
8. Junior Analyst (AI) (BS-17)
- 16 years of education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cyber Security, or equivalent.
- Experience in developing and managing AI/Software applications will be preferred.
9. Jr. Data Scientist (BPS-17)
- 16 years of education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience preferred in developing predictive models, analyzing large datasets, and presenting actionable insights through advanced tools such as LLMs, chatbots, and related technologies.
