1. General Manager (Construction) – PPS-09

• BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• PEC Registered Professional Engineer.
• Preferably a Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management.
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in relevant construction and infrastructure development fields.
• Seven years of experience in PPS-08 or equivalent in a government/public-sector organization.
• Maximum age: 55 years.

2. Manager – Design (Head of Wing) – PPS-08

• Five-year Bachelor of Architecture from an HEC-recognized university.
• Valid PCATP registration.
• Master's degree in Project Management.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure or housing project design.
• Maximum age: 40 years.

3. Manager – Engineering Works – PPS-08

• BSc Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• Valid PEC registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Structural Engineering.

General Instructions for NPF Jobs 2026

1. Appointments will be made purely on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, extendable by one year at a time, subject to the stated conditions.
2. Degrees and certificates must be from HEC-recognized universities or institutes.
3. Registration with PEC, PCATP or another relevant body is mandatory where applicable.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments and other government/public-sector or semi-government organizations.
