The Directorate General of Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education (NFBE), Government of Punjab, has announced 1000 Teaching Vacancies under the Girls Education Program (GPE-STG) in 15 districts of Punjab. Applications are invited from eligible male, female, and transgender candidates for registration as Potential Elementary Teachers.

Eligibility Criteria

Complete the online registration form.
Step 3
Register a minimum of 20 Out-of-School Children (elementary level) aged between 10 to 16 years from your community. Registration will not be completed without fulfilling this requirement.

Terms & Conditions
Appointments will be made on a part-time, contract, honorarium, and time-bound basis.
Initial contract period is one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
Teachers will be appointed within the Union Council where they permanently reside.
Reserved quota includes:
60% for Female Candidates
40% for Male Candidates
Selected teachers must arrange a suitable room for establishing the learning center.
Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
Applications submitted by hand or through courier/post will not be entertained.
The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
